My favorite place in the house is the kitchen. I love to cook good food and try new recipes. I don’t alwasy have the time to make the elaborate meals I would like so I find things that don’t take too much time. Since my husbands idea of cooking is a box of Kraft Mac and Cheese, he is not allowed in the kitchen unless it is to get me a beer or glass of wine! Very seldom do I precisely follow a recipe. I am always changing it to suit my taste. I hope that you will find something you like and maybe leave something you love.

I will! I made them the other day and shredded the potatoes with a cheese grater and then wrapped them in paper towles and squeezed the water out. I also added different spices to them while they were cooking just to play around with taste. They were delicious. Hope you have a Merry X-mas
