4 Boneless,skinless chicken breast.  About 2 lbs

1 12 oz bottle Frank’s Hot Sauce

2 8oz pkg. cream cheese

1 16oz bottle blue cheese salad dressing

8oz shredded sharp cheddar or Monterrey jack or a combination of the two

In a large saucepan boil chicken in water till cooked through.  About 15 min.  Drain and shred with 2 forks.  In a large saucepan over medium heat combine cream cheese and blue cheese, shredded cheese and hot sauce, stirring till smooth and hot.  Transfer to a crock pot or chafing dish.  Mix with chicken. serve with Tortilla chips.  Preferably scoops

I actually made this once and forgot to add the cream cheese.  Nobody even noticed!
